  Rooms are large with divided bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom so more a self contained apartment to be fair. Air conditioning is quietly powerful if needed and all fixtures and fittings are robust, of quality, clean and maintained. Hotel maids are polite and helpful.

  lovely pool area and staff are extremely helpful. Rooms a little dated but plenty of room for family of 4. Only a short 10min walk to harbour.

  My 2 year old at time had his 1st ever swimming lesson too and he really enjoyed it. Loads of facilities for the kids.... will probably go back in 2 or 3 years time.

  Fantastic family holiday resort. Well fitted hotel, marble floors tasteful use of wood, grand light lobby with a well lit reception. Staff are impeccably well mannered and well presented. Very helpful, despite my arrival being after 1am a large selection of food was provided for buffet eating in the (usually closed at this time) restaurant.

  Entertainment is so well rounded it's fantastic. Magicians (no cheesy shows), comedy, club rep talent shows all entertain everyone in the room regardless of age. Kids club keep young ones busy and happy with sports, obstacle courses cinema screenings of new films and more.

  Visit the Citadela by bus to round off the holiday with historic buildings, sight seeing, local retail and food. The nearby harbour close to the resort and tourist shops isn't bad either and gives a decent night time drinking spot too. I would definitely go again.

  The food really makes or breaks holidays for me and I was NOT disappointed. Food is available all day with food bars available between scheduled meal times with a decent range. The restaurant dining is fantastic. Range is huge and you're talking steak, salmon, veal, prawns, avacodo, salad, sushi etc available all the time (not just on request). Self serve branded beer or coffees on tap or served to you from the bars.
